DESCRIPTION OF JOB:

frogfire DIGITAL, Inc., a Web technologies and new media design firm, is currently seeking a help desk manager to assist the frogfire DIGITAL, Inc. efforts.

frogfire DIGITAL, Inc. is looking for people to ensure that all phases of help desk support are properly coordinated, monitored, logged, tracked and resolved appropriately. The ideal candidate is familiar with help desk procedures and activities associated with the identification, prioritizing and resolution of technical problems.

Work with creative professionals to leverage new technology into cutting-edge new media projects in an exciting , entrepreneurial environment. Have a burning desire to develop, maintain and ensure the integrity of help desk software. This individual would be responsible for assigning personnel to various operations and directing their activities; reviewing and evaluating their work.

Ability to learn new technology is incredibly important as is past production experience. We're looking for a proven self-motivator.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED OF APPLICANT:

        BS in Computer Sciences from an accredited college or university

        7 years of technical experience

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong listening skills
